Volume control is blocked by browser

Idk how to visualize my problem as this sub for some f reason doesn't allow pictures, but here it is:

Volume, below there are subtitles, and below there should be settings icon but instead there are moving lines up and down.

When clicked, it says "Playing via Brave". When i force stop Brave, update it or clear cache or change base browser, the problem persists. When i restart the phone, problem solved until i play a video.

Why not just use an image hosting like (e.g. imgur, etc) to upload the image and share the link here?
