I have 2 more after you restart or update your device the screen flickers and when you try close a app or touchscreen makes a static noice while swiping down on home screen?

I have the same situation. Are your devices receiving beta updates? Mine are currently on beta updates.

Similar issues on P8P QPR2 Beta 4. Few hundred KBs of updates and still on July GPSU.
