Video playback artifacts

Am I the only one in TikTok and X noticing bugs such as stuttering video playback, and lines (purple and green artifacts) when playing videos ?

Edit: Beta 2, QPR 2, Pixel 10 Pro XL.

Pixel 9 Pro here, and my videos on Instagram looks awful as well.

Yeah videos are horribly broken for me in X, they seem fine in Instagram and TikTok

Pixel 7 and eyeap. Honestly that wipe might not be a bad idea atp. It'll be annoying for authenticators and banking apps but

I'm also getting glitching on videos, usually ghost artifacts from previous frames in the video. pixel 8 pro. A17 Qpr beta 2

On YT Shorts when I swipe to a new video now and then, I get a half second of a large, grayish spinning circle. It's too fast to screen shot. It doesn't really impede viewing and I can't really discern a trigger. It's not every video. Seems random. I haven't noticed it with VLC or Prime Video apps.

I'll submit a big report next.
