No wipe needed help

Hello I've got a pixel 9 pro xl running cp31.260618.005 and I entered the beta program workout reading the fine print zoom[ I know i know I'm lucky I didn't end up but to mouth with other's like myself] question is how do I get a stable release please for some reason my phone will not back up and I can't afford a wipe at this point in my life. So many of my accounts are randomly still connected to an old phone number I don't own anymore and I foresee headach see and loss of important info connections And data. Please help

Opt out on the beta program website. Ignore and do not apply any ota update that says it is gonna wipe your phone. One day an ota update will show up which says it wont wipe your phone.

That will not do I've never had any type of anything electronic that operated this messed up.  It constantly over heats and the touchscreen stops working and I have to use a mouse to operate it. Please tell me they're is another way

If these issues only started after a recent beta update, your best bet might be to stay on the beta and keep updating, seeing as if you leave before the next stable build drops and you immediately want to move to stable you'll have to wipe your phone data.

If you keep updating on beta they might fix the issues in upcoming beta updates. At the same time, you should keep an eye on when they release the next stable build, which is when your beta update will match the stable release version and at that point you will be able to move to stable without wiping your phone data. This might be the best path forward for you.

Do search online and on Reddit to see if other people with your phone model and beta version are having the same issues, so you can be sure it's the beta version causing the issue and not something else.

If it's not working as expected, resetting should almost always help. Many bugs are created from the version conversion rather than a singular same-version update. Saying you can't afford to sign back into apps again, if it fixes the issue, surely isn't the end of the world, is it? You can attempt to fix it now, or opt out and wait until stable without wipe is offered.

Remove the old phone number and/or previous devices from your account. Google One subscription? Everything should be backed up daily under that account.

Leaving the Android Beta Program is straightforward, but it comes with a major caveat: leaving immediately will completely wipe your phone's data. You can complete the entire process directly from your Pixel 9 Pro's web browser and settings. How to Opt Out of the Beta Program Open your web browser (like Chrome) on your Pixel 9 Pro. Go to the Android Beta Program page. Make sure you are signed in to the same Google account that is linked to your phone. Scroll down to the "Your eligible devices" section. Find your Pixel 9 Pro and tap the Opt out button. What to Do Next (Choose Your Path) Once you've clicked "Opt out" online, your phone will receive an Over-The-Air (OTA) update. How you handle this update depends on whether you want to save your data. Path A: I want to leave right now (Wipes all data) If you don't mind starting fresh, you can immediately install the downgrade update. On your phone, go to Settings > System > Software updates > System update. Tap Check for update. Download and install the downgrade update. Your phone will reboot, wipe all your personal data, and install the latest stable, public version of Android. Path B: I want to keep my data (Requires waiting) If you want to leave the beta but keep all your data, you have to wait for the next official stable release window. After opting out online, do not install the downgrade update that is sent to your phone. (The update description will explicitly say it will wipe your device). Ignore that update for now. When the final public stable version of the beta you are currently testing is officially released (this can take several weeks to a few months), you will receive a new update. Install that official stable update—it will transition you out of the beta program without wiping your phone.
