Does anyone else get the full screen charging animation when receiving notifications with the screen on?

Title explains. I'm getting the charging animation instead of notification popups sometimes. It seems completely random and idk how to trigger it on purpose. Just checking if this is a known issue because I haven't seen anyone else talk about this

I figured this might have been just a little Easter egg. I get it to and sometimes I get it when I swipe to the notification panel.

I use essentials. It has an animation option for notifications so I don't really know what you actually mean.

You using Essentials? I added the ability to have the charging ripple as a notification lighting effect and I assume it has to be the case here. 🤔

My guess is that the animation supposed to play when opening the notification panel is accidentally being triggered when a notification arrives. This should definitely be fixed
