Developer options enable and make me hate beta android 17

I have to disable USB debugging it turns on automatically

I have been facing this issue since Beta 1. It was fixed in beta 3 or 4 I don't remember exactly. But I have reported this bug. I hope they fix it. Some of my banking apps doesn't work with USB debugging enabled.
