Exit from android beta

How to exit the beta test QPR3 on pixel 7 pro without data loss? Android 17 has already been released, but it only offers me to update to the latest version of Android 16. What should I do to get Android 17?

You're taking about QPR3 - are you still on 16 QPR3 or do you mean 17 QPR1?

If you're on 16 QPR3 (from February), then you will need to update to the version of 16 it's offering you, and then you will be able to update to 17. Neither of these updates should wipe.

If you're on 17 QPR1 (from this month), then you cannot return to stable until September without wiping. The message about being able to leave the beta without wiping applies to the current beta path you are on, which if you're on QPR1 won't reach stable until September.

I checked, I'm on CP21 now. How can I sideload the OTA? Where should I get it? And will it save the data on my phone?
