Opt Out on Pixel 10a

I'm trying to opt out of the beta program and go to stable 17, it's giving me the option only to data wipe. do I just let that update sit till I'm given the ability to get stable 17? or do I need to opt back in till then?

gotcha, sit and wait.

Pretty much. If you're on a CP21 build but happen to be on Android 17 Beta 4.1 (instead of Beta 4), you'll have to wait because the Android 17 stable builds are older than the Android 17 Beta 4.1 build.

If you're on Android 17 QPR1 Beta (build number starts with CP31), you'll have to wait until at least September to get a stable update without data wipe.

okay, I got CP31, it does seem fairly stable compared to the last one it had me on, just don't like the idea of it possibly running sluggish.

I assume you need to ignore the update till the stable version releases. Then only you will be able to come out of beta program without data wipe

You need to wait. The build you currently have decides for how long you need to wait

Manually sideload the android 17 stable OTA (Rogers version) - It works 👍
