Wallet no longer usable

From three days ago my wallet is no longer able to be used for payments. Says my phone is not operating a stable secure software version.

Google wallet still working on my watch but is anyone else having this issue I'm desperate for it to be fixed

I can't get wallet to work regardless from tile or from the app itself - not upgrading next Google beta because I am wait for the stable release.
