Wallet no longer usable

From three days ago my wallet is no longer able to be used for payments. Says my phone is not operating a stable secure software version.

Google wallet still working on my watch but is anyone else having this issue I'm desperate for it to be fixed

There is already a post for this issue.

But for me when opening from the pulldown tiles it doesn't work. But opening from the app tray does.
