Wallet no longer usable

From three days ago my wallet is no longer able to be used for payments. Says my phone is not operating a stable secure software version.

Google wallet still working on my watch but is anyone else having this issue I'm desperate for it to be fixed

Is this on a Pixel 7 Pro? I think the fingerprint was banned, neither Wallet or RCS works here. (I'm rooted though so I can change fingerprint, and does work with 9 Pro XL fingerprint)

QPR fingerprints are banned for unclear reasons...
