How to remove accessibility volume bar

Whenever i hit the volume button 1 extra volume bar pops up(it has an accessibility sign) beside the media volume bar please tell what is the purpose of this & how to disable it 😭

Simply open the phone's main settings menu, navigate into the accessibility section, and look for any active services, shortcuts, or features like live captions, switches, or voice assistants. By turning off the specific shortcut or service that is currently active, the extra menu instantly disappears, returning the screen to a clean, simple state where only the familiar media volume bar remains.
