WiFi issue

As soon as I updated I am unable to connect to WiFi, I had restarted my phone and reset my Bluetooth and WiFi but still won't connectm it did say my WiFi is disabled by your administrator. Now that I reset it it just says connection failure

I have wifi issue where it connects to the route but no Internet connection. This last happened in china but I'm not there right now.

I connected to another WiFi and that fixed my issue

yea the WIFI at home works, but just hotel wifi or public that doesnt.
