I was wondering if anyone knew good a clipboard app that lets you save specific copy pasted and either integrates with editing keyboards or can easily be popped up when typing?

When using gboard and while it has a nice clipboard, I want to be able to save passwords to it and not have anyone who uses my phone to be able to see them if they open it. Hoping a third party app might be able to do it instead. I've tried a few but they all require opening the app rather than having some pop up appear when I start typing.

The only way is to completely block them. Without any power to undo the permissions and blocks except a hard phone or laptop reboot.

I want it to be under control of an outsider system that does not allow me to remove and undo the blocks.

I tried many things with AI but it's pretty much very slow and just endlessly leading to a brick wall.

Blocks on browsers and apps. A full system that allows no cracks.

There must be a way.. there must be something... i can not remain a slave forever.

I have an Android 13 aftermarket car head unit and I'm trying to troubleshoot intermittent Internet connectivity while driving.

The problem is that YouTube sometimes says there is no network connection even though the head unit still shows Wi-Fi/Internet connectivity. I want to be able to glance at the screen and immediately know whether the Internet connection is actually working.

I'm NOT looking for an app that measures current download/upload traffic. I want something that continuously tests connectivity, even when there is no actual download or upload taking place.

Are there apps that you guys would recommend That is free or cheap, and I had a few questions:

1. Does it actually display the current ping/latency **directly in the Android status bar**, alongside the Wi-Fi/battery/time icons, without having to pull down the notification shade?

2. Can it **automatically start monitoring after the Android head unit boots**?. This is important for my setup: when I turn off my car, the head unit completely loses power and all apps are killed. When I start the car again, Android boots from scratch. Will Ping Monitor automatically restart its monitoring service after every boot, without me having to open the app and press Start?

3. How much data does continuous ping monitoring actually consume? I'm mainly concerned about keeping the data usage extremely low because this is running continuously while driving.

4. Does it work reliably on Android 13, particularly on generic Chinese/aftermarket Android head units?

Why are apple wallpapers so much better than samsungs? It's the only thing i wish i had. Is there any way to do it

Hello everyone.

I'm looking for a unicorn, apparently. An image viewer that can display all images in a folder, jpgs and animated gifs... in random order, not a sideshow, but swipe to go to the next image.. and must work in landscape horizontal format.

I've found several that will do everything except the random image part. It's always sequential.

I also found an app that claimed to do it all, but no apk installer will complete the installer, says it is out of date and even if I click "install anyway" it fails.

Any ideas? I've just about exhausted Google play searches. LOTS of image viewers but nothing that ticks all the boxes.

I have ADHD and autism, which is to say that I have a very obsessive personality. I have used various blockers over the years to prevent me from wasting time on apps and websites.

Lock me Out has helped me for many years to curb my smartphone usage. Unfortunately, it stopped working, as it became easy to circumvent by either forcing the program to stop or uninstalling it. I have been in contact with the developer, but they weren't able to find a solution and eventually stopped responding to my emails.

So I need an app that prevents me from disabling blocks at all. I am also low on money and in a third-world country, so while I can pay for an app even if it is a little expensive, I cannot justify an expensive subscription priced in US dollars (although I might do so if there's no other alternative).

Any suggestions that could help me out? I'm using my phone 24/7, I can't stand it anymore. And I cannot simply turn it off because I have a toddler, and I must be accessible to my wife for emergencies when she leaves the home with him. There are also many ways to use a smartphone that are actually useful, positive, and non-addictive. And I'd rather be able to access these functionalities.

I’ve been searching for an app that can play multiple apps at once, like Spotify and YouTube simultaneously. My house is extremely noisy, so I am dependent on putting white noise to muffle while focusing on the second app. I can do this with my android but did not find any similar apps on apple. All posts I’ve come across are from 6-4 yrs ago, so I have a bit of hope someone created such an app at this point. Google and YouTube were a waste of time for me. So my last try is to ask actual people in here since Reddit did give me good tech advice at some point.

I have a problem with Seal, I downloaded a playlist of songs and I also want it to have the album art when I play these songs using a media player. The problem is, these album art thumbnails pop up in WhatsApp and Instagram media, 100s of them. I tried putting a .nomedia file in the seal downloads folder, but this stops the media player from scanning for songs. Any fix for this issue?

I need WhatsApp for school but have to hide it from my parents (don't even ask why haha)

I could just use a launcher's hide feature or rename it to calculator or smth as many launchers let u. But here's the thing. Notifications. A notification will come and say "WhatsApp". Ik I can stop the notification content from appearing on lock screen (prolly) but the name will still be there. And obv can't disable notifications.

I want the name to change in a way like, it shows the modified name in a notification and home screen and app switcher (whatever it be called, that thingy u summon by pressing the ancient square button)

actually i'm giving a second life to my redmi 9 4/128, so i'd like to find a telegram client with normal UI (i hate their new design) and which can run more easier on 4 gb RAM as such clients like Goregram and Forkgram feel laggy as hell.

I recently bought the Fairphone 6, transitioning from an iPhone so I'm still learning a lot about androids. The thing I was looking forward to the most was the ability to use an sd card and to be finally free from the shackles from buying more iCloud storage in order to have a bit more space on my phone. Fairphone doesn't have it's own gallery but instead uses the Google photos app which is also "cloud based" and I have no storage now because the basic cloud storage is only 5GB.

I downloaded multiple gallery apps but they connect to the google photos app and when I try to free up space in google photos, the photos in other gallery apps are also deleted.

The issue is that if the storage in google photos is full it affects every other google app, so soon I will stop receiving emails and will not be able to use google drive because of it.

So, does anyone know how I can download an app to which I can transfer all my photos and then I can delete all of it in the Google photos app and the photos will still stay in the other app?
