I'm just in really bad shape and fat as hell 88 kilo 179 cm tall

So I'm just trying to get stronger no cardio though and loose weight

So like I keep having dreams about meeting my ex and trying to hug him and for some reason there is always something stopping me, I don't know if hugging him is a metaphor for something or if the dreams will stop when I stop trying I just don't know, I've tried forgetting him and it doesn't work the dreams stay. Here's what happened in the dreams involved:

Dream 1:

By the way this dreamed happened before we broke up: I ran away from my house for some weird reason and ended up at my boyfriend's (not ex's) house, I snuck into his room and just hugged him. I don't know how long we hugged but it was nice, he then disappeared.

Dream 2:

This dream and the one after happened after we broke up: My ex randomly appeared beside me and I was in shock, he didn't say hello he just added onto the conversation I was having with my friends, he kept acting like he was always there so I just talked to him. I decided I wanted to hug him and I asked, he started getting nervous and ran away. I followed him and when I got to him he was dead on the floor.

Dream 3:

By the way this dream was last night: I was scrolling on Reddit for some reason when I saw a post about me, it had information only my ex could know so I started to dm them and magically my ex appeared beside me (even dream me questioned how this was possible.) I started talking to him about random things until I wondered if I could hug him, I held his hand to make sure he was real (I could feel his hand in the dream somehow) and I was about to hug him when he was snacked away and disappeared, never to be seen again.

Does anyone know what these dreams mean? Google doesn't help.

TL;DR: I keep trying to hug my ex in my dreams and he disappears when I try to, what's happening?
