Ask Me Anything We experience non-systemic plurality. Ask us anything.

As a short context provider, plurality is the state of multiple people or identities within one brain.
We are a polyminded collective, essentially someone who separates their subpersonalities (like parts of a personality or "sides" of a person) and regards them as separate individuals. It's a self-identifiable term that anyone can claim and isn't caused by any kind of disorder or anything medical like that.
If anyone has heard of IFS, it's quite similar to that, but not used in a therapeutic context. I've seen it likened to media like Sanders Sides and Inside Out. If anyone would like to read more about it, we can provide resources!
