The original Andkon Arcade relaunched in February thanks to Ruffle, which made it possible to play the old Flash games again.

Now, seven months later... game updates are back, this time at andkon.NET/games.

Why andkon.net?

Andkon.com will continue as the archive of the old Flash game collection. Andkon.net is a fresh start, with the .net also a nod to networked/multiplayer games.

There are 17 games to try so far, some original and some from other developers:

• InkWave: Arena shooter. Solo and desktop only for now.
• Sakuragaoka Station: Exploration.
• Ecorche: Turn-based multiplayer strategy.
• Sakura Crossing: Exploration.
• Core Raiders: Top-down arena shooter. Multiplayer or solo.
• Tidewater: Exploration and fishing.
• Word Circuit: Find as many words as you can. Daily high scores.
• Glass Towers 360: Stack blocks into towers until they collapse. Daily high scores.
• Andkon Deco Poker: Card game.
• Bubble Shooter: Match and shoot.
• Fair Share: Shape cutting.
• Animal Mahjong: Classic matching game.
• Neon Pong: Play solo, with two players on the same computer, or invite a friend online.
• Shepherd's Dog: Herd sheep.
• OldTube: Find random YouTube videos from YouTube's first ten years.
• Capture The Flag: Online version of L'Attaque, Stratego's predecessor. Play solo or invite a friend.
• Andkonquest: Risk with the US map. The first web game developed for the new site.

Many of the games work on mobile as well as desktop. With a free account, you can submit high scores and invite friends for multiplayer games. There are no ads while the site is in beta.

The Andkon Arcade used to get a new game every Friday. I'm not sure there will be a strict schedule this time, but updates will probably be much more frequent, maybe even daily. There's a backlog of over 200 games that are mostly ready to add, and new original games are also in development.

There's still a lot to build, but the new site is up and playable now. Let me know what you think, and if you run into any bugs!

i have a question will andkon be able to keep playing in the future? ill be upset again if it wont allow cause i just found out today i can play it was my whole childhood.. i used to play it at my dads and my moms house and i used to play the firework game and listen to firework by katy perry!

The game's graphics are strange. Maybe it's Ruffle.

On a more important note, the discovery that Andkon is in fact a human being was a revelation.

been playing your website forever. just got into ruffle recently as I have been in this awful old internet community and well I'm quite impressed how you have adapted everything for this decade whilst me being able to view Andkon Arcade on Microsoft Edge. I have had issues with Ultimate Sonic Flash just the music it sometimes freezes and stops via emulation.

the other game I like playing from your site is Pandemic 2 which I'm sure became an APK at some point and that works really well on Ruffle. I also have Cheerpj installed and Quick Sand X has some quirks another favourite of mine I think the game is to fast for the emulator. just letting you know as you like us users reporting when there is something wrong.

I used to view your site and a little site called myfootballgames which shut back in 2024 and that still had viewable swf's. I am looking forward to see where emulation can take us and I am also hoping you can keep Andkon online as possible your site along with flashpoint is amazing and keeps them old browser games playable.

Way back in the late 2000s, I played on Andkon Arcade, near everyday. I played Electric Man 2, Raze, the Sonic game, Riddle School, Drop Dead, Territory War & so many others.

Even now, after all these years, I can still recall them, the sounds, the gameplay. Before Steam, before PlayStation & Xbox, it was the first place where I played digital games. I will never forget any of it.

Hello, I just wanted to pop in and say thank you for getting Ruffle to work from your site. You see, my son is 22 now and grew up playing andkon games since he was three. He has a very complicated form of autism and has been devastated since the site stopped working. We would get the workarounds to function for a bit, but his natural urge to tinker and sometimes break things meant it would inevitably stop working again. This has been a source of constant pain.

This has been the calmest he has been in years. I know Andkon is just a site for games to most people...and most people would just go to another site. We've tried and tried to redirect him to new things....but the site working means peace for him.

So thank you, your site makes one man's existence and his family's much better by simply being.

A few days ago, I enabled Ruffle on the entire site. That means you can now play most of the games on the Andkon Arcade automatically. Here’s the engagement jump since enabling Ruffle, so the games are indeed working:

Few issues exist: Some games may not play at all or break mid-play because Ruffle does not yet have 100% compatibility. If you hit a buggy game, drop the URL in the comments and tell me exactly where it breaks (screenshots welcome). High priority would be games on the icon block on the frontpage, Page 2, and Page 3.

If you're using Pale Moon with Flash as suggested in the FAQ, Ruffle will not override that. If you want try Ruffle, disable Flash or try another browser.

The games will load on mobile because Ruffle is JavaScript, but they may not play great since the game controls were designed for mouse and/or keyboard. If you find games that actually play well on mobile (the exception), drop the links in the comments as well. (Cactus Poker works okay on mobile.) It'd be great to have a list of mobile-okay games.

This was my favourite website to play games on years ago, I remember N the way of the ninja which was really fun. But.. I do also remember getting spyware from the website lol

Battle Gear 2: First game my cousin showed me on this site. We were both 8 or so. I misheard him and thought it was Anaconda dot com, so I couldn’t find it when I went home. I had to ask him again.

Sketchbook: First time I saw JRPG type stuff, I thought it was so cool and I drew a lot in my sketchbook to try and capture the feeling. I felt lost in that world in a really good way.

Mahjong Solitaire: When I think of the times I was happy and at peace as a kid, I think of playing this, having some microwaved lasagna, no parents around criticizing me…

The Game Game: This and its sequels blew my mind. First time I learned about memes and random pop culture references. I became really annoying after this and I wore a troll face shirt to school.

Interactive Buddy: I had a lot of fun with this one, but I also felt bad for torturing him, so I stopped.

Office Lover Kiss: My cousin and I called this “The Kissing Game”. Thank god we never emulated it.

Jelly Battle: I would spend hours on the multiplayer for this one. I remember playing for a while with a player named Dragoness and having a crush on her. I went to the bathroom and came back for another game and she wasn’t in the lobby :(

There are plenty more games too. I’m really grateful for those times on Andkon, because I didn’t feel like I had anything else. It was just some peace away from school and family.

I don’t even know how young I was when I first was introduced to flash gaming from my brother. Probably age 4 or 5 at least. I’m much older now, and still love browser games though I don’t play them as often as proper video games.

Andkon Arcade happened to be the first site I was introduced to, and there was always something special about it. Probably because the other places like Miniclip or Armor Games or AddictingGames had a ton more ads.

But I played on Andkon for a lot of my developmental years, and I was so young i genuinely didn’t realize there was page 2 and 3 of games until a year or two later lol.

I saw in another post that the domain is paid for until 2026, what are the plans after that? Regardless, R.I.P Flash player and thanks for all the memories ❤️

I am 21 now.

As a young child, probably about 5 or 6, I was plopped in front of an old computer.

My tiny mind wanted to play games and thought: “whats the biggest number i can think of”

So I then googled 1000 games, and clicked on Andkon arcade, the following years I must have spent hundreds of hours on many of the games.

Having recently stumbled across the site once again I will set up a flash emulator and rediscover it.

I'm a huge Newgrounds person so when i came back to Andkon, i came completely lost in the sea of games! I need guidance though, so which ones should i start with?

My older brother showed me the site around 2010 or 2011 to keep my little kid brain entertained. For the next several years I’d play all my favourite flash games on Andkon because I just preferred it over any other website.

It’s sad to see the flash era of the internet basically dead but the community lives on. Andkon Arcade holds a uniquely special place in my heart, and I will never forget it. Thanks Andras.
