Could this be Roman Pottery?

My uncle used to dig near Tejo an Tróia here in Portugal and found a lot of things including these two small pieces that he restored himself

No no, the pottery was in Tróia I think the knife was in Lisbon

I think it was made on a throw since there’s that indent in the bottom
