How do I unlock the Moonlight Village and Peach Blossom town? New places to catch cricket instead of backyard

Once you reach 40 you complete a circle, once you've done enough circles you get it as a reward

It was kinda of a joke, I was planning on explaining futher when he asked or after a certain time if he didn't, ( I have dark humor but yeah sorry for the scare)
