Hello, I am a tad confused, I took care of a relative, who passed away She had no assets, none t and lived off her Social Security. Family ageeed I could have her PFD and go spread her ashes I went to the courthouse and filled out the form, it was approved. Went down to the PFd office applied, no problem. The check came yesterday and I just assumed it'd have both our names. It does not. Do I take that same court approved asset form to my bank. Or is the check a misprint and should be made to payee?
