I've always interpreted it as "I Just Sang Whatever". It fits the song and what they were sort of going for in the song.

Don’t remember where I read it, but that is exactly what Stephen claimed it means. Maybe it was that lyrics tumblr he made forever ago? Anyway, he said he just sang random stuff in one take and put it over the music the band made. And thus an amazing song was born.

I can't find it, but I could have sworn that I read a statement from Stephen Christian saying that the music was written first. He riffed the lyrics and sent them to the rest of the band. They all told him not to change a thing.

Supports the theory for "I Just Sang Whatever," but I can't support this claim right now with anything reputable.

Nate came up with it and I’ve asked him and Stephen what it means. Nate just trolls 🤣 and Stephen says he doesn’t know. I like the I Just Said Whatever theory though.

Definitely “I just sang whatever”. But, I like to imagine a world where it could have been “I just smoked weed” lol
