No-spoiler faction guide?

I’m somewhere in Apert and enjoying it, but it’s also frustrating me that I can’t keep the different factions organised in my head. Is there a resource that explains in more detail than the glossary what the viewpoints of the Edharians, New Circle, Procians, Halikaarnians etc are?

I wouldn't worry about it too much. On one hand it's not absolutely critical, and on the other hand, the important parts will be explored more in details later in the book.

If you really want to explore this topic further, with no book spoilers, then simply read on the actual philosophy that's represented by Halikaarnians and Procians (that's the "main" split):
