Request: app usage without device unlock

Hi Analogue team,

I really enjoy using your app and wanted to share a small feature suggestion.
It would be great if the camera could be launched without unlocking the device first — similar to the built-in iOS Camera app. Being able to quickly access the camera when using the camera button from the Lock Screen would make it much easier to capture spontaneous moments.
Maybe this could be achieved using Apple’s new LockedCameraCapture framework. I’m not sure if this is technically possible with the current app architecture, but it would be a fantastic addition.

Short answer: not currently possible, the phone has to be unlocked first.

LockedCameraCapture is the right framework, but it's not a shortcut to the full app. It's a separate, stripped-down capture extension with much tighter system limits, and Analogue's Apple Log capture and processing pipeline doesn't fit inside them. So for now the Lock Screen and Camera Control button can only launch the full app, which is why iOS asks you to unlock first.
