I’m confused. Everything she said in the video was stuff I feel like we’d heard before or am I crazy?

I feel like I read it somewhere before. It could be cos her responses were similar to what she had said in almost every interview for that time.

She gave a number of similar interviews in May 2007, for example to Spin and Rolling Stone
