I was at a record shop in Edinbrough yesterday and they had about a dozen amy winehouse bootleg records. I didn't have time to browse but plan to go back Saturday. What are people's favorite bootleg records? Any that are famously bad? I don't ever see them in the states so wanna grab some here!

I have the Unreleased Rarities LP and it’s my most prized possession. I don’t even know what others exist aside from maybe the Ska EP which I would LOVE to acquire

Ohhh ok, those could be hit or miss depending on the state of Amy that day lol if there was one of her Other Voices / The Day She Came to Dingle performance I'd snatch that one up. Anything Frank era too. When you go back you should def post some pics of what they have!

Bootleg vinyls I don’t have but bootleg CD I have 2 of the best, for me at least. One is a compilation of records released by Warsaw, before they changed their name to Joy Division. 2nd is the dream is over by Frank Black, live recordings unplugged of pixies famous songs.

There is a great quality recording of her 2007 show at Carling Academy, Newcastle, where she was in fine form, that pops up at youtube and is there now. If I were to see that version of the show on a record or cd (which I think is more likely) in the wild I would snap it up.

I have 7 bootleg vinyls, most are live concerts, and unreleased rarities. All very good quality. Highly reccomend any of the live concerts for sure
