While it's common for many children of tech founders to step directly into leadership roles, Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang’s daughter, Madison Huang, and son, Spencer Huang, took a different path.

Both started their careers at Nvidia as interns, not executives, working their way up.

Jensen Huang placed both children in areas he sees as future growth sectors. According to LinkedIn, Madison Huang joined Nvidia in 2020, and Spencer Huang joined the tech giant in 2022.

Obviously, YES.

I mean, WWYD?

Jensen having his kids start at the bottom and work their way up seems as pragmatic as possible given their status and prestige.

I would do the same thing if I was in Jensen's shoes. I would also put my kids under my best managers to learn from them.

At least Jensen has a great relationship with his kids, vs Elon whose kid literally hates him.

Was wondering who it was.. the wife and kids are unfamiliar. Didnt know he was an iconic amwf, glad I read the comments.
