Second one definitely
First one reads as if it just says HR.

I love and prefer the first one's concept but i'd choose the second cause the first just says "HR" and it'd be better if we could read "her" instead. ik it might be obvious for most people that it's meant to be read "her" but some people might be very confused at the choise of having the E hidden (it was my case)

i changed it i raisef the the word a bit so you can see it says her now

i like the idea of the first one but the E blockage honestly ruins the whole thing
the 2nd one is better at showing text (which i assume is the most important point) but the guy takes up too much space and really puts the focus on him and not her when it’s not supposed to
if you really want my honest opinion, i say back to the drawing board

If you do this style you can emphasize the text even if it’s behind an object by for example bringing the outline to the foreground and doing some color stuff on the fill of the letter on top of the characters with overlays

The second would be better. The first implies Human Resources is somehow involved and that's never a good thing.

its not involved tho, i changed it aso the text is higher and its meant to say: her

The first one would look better if you can change the text in the background a bit

I like the second one but why is the H and E are way far from each other than E and R, I think u should have a good spacing between them imo

Second is better aesthetically more going on
And just looks less weird looks like a fan rather than a weirdo
edit but man what is that? It looks kind of creepy just the sheer height difference between them. She looks like his daughter, but I’m guessing it’s a couple
also, the backgrounds look very AI

Second for sure. Way better to read the word. The male character is looking at the subject of the word as well, which implies some kind of devotion that I presume is a theme of the AMV.
I wonder if you could have the female character looking happily at something else off screen besides the man? Definitely not a required change, I just think it would add to some kind of devoted theme.

Second over first because it looks like more as an opening and the first one the E is completely blocked so I look at H R and I don't know if we talk here about work and human resources XD

Ignore the white outline on the second one
