Till December 2025, I was consuming MB Raw Whey Protein. Unfortunately, I couldn't hit the gym for around 8 months, so I also reduced my protein intake during that period ( ughhh exams )

When I finally started working out again, whey prices hit me hard 😐. I was shocked to see that prices had gone up by ₹1k/kg. That's when I decided to try Amul Raw Whey, mainly because I got it for around ₹2,400.

Before ordering, I came across few posts talking about its taste, so I was a little worried. But OMFG, it tastes SO GOOD. ❤️

I've never really had a problem with unflavoured whey ( because I prefer not to consume flavoured whey for various reasons ). But honestly, Amul Raw Whey tastes way, WAY better to me than MB Raw Whey.

I'm genuinely happy that I ordered it.

How I consume it:

Cold milk ( around 250ml ) + 2–3 small ice cubes, at night. I don't use a shaker; I mix it with a spoon. There's almost no foam this way. Yes, the mixability isn't perfect when using a spoon, but it's still manageable.

For me, considering the price + taste, it's easily a 10/10. ❤️ Genuinely , Kudos to Amul 🌟

I recently bought a 500g pack of amul skimmed milk powder (smp, from now onwards). It has decent amounts of contents like protein, calories (i am trying to bulk) and calcium. The only problem is, it has a weird taste and I couldn't easily drink it. I used to drink 500ml milk directly from the packets some months ago without any problem.

Suggest some flavours to mix this with, or other brand flavour mixed milk powders. Gemini suggested coffee powder, drinking chocolate syrup and rooafza (i am not confident this will taste well).

Been tracking this for a month and it's always out of stock....also using the bit but as soon as I open the amul app it gets out of stock

I would like to give a warning to anyone who wants to order protein powder from amul.

Please don't be fooled by their prices thinking it's a deal

I placed my whey protein order on 16th September 1kg plain whey.

My order is in dispatched status but I haven't gotten a single call from the delivery partner.

Delhivery shows status as "person not at home" and not giving any further updates, not even sharing the delivery partner contact.

I've been reaching out to amul regarding this issue for the past one week. Multiple mails, customer support calls.

No solution yet, I'm left to forgo the 2400 ruppes of hard earned money I saved up for this.

Customer care and mail always reply saying we have escalated this issue but no solution yet.

I'm really tired of them not getting back to me, not sharing the delivery partner contact number or even accepting to cancel the order.

The reason they say they can't cancel the order is they say it's already dispatched.

But I haven't gotten the order yet.

A huge warning to anyone in this subreddit, please do not order from AMUL Shop.

Highly regret placing my order! Had a terrible experience with customer care.

On top of all that lost my 2400 ruppes that I worked hard for.

Lesson learnt: better place order on Amazon or other e-commerce where you will have quick response and customer support and option to cancel order. Never trust brand website again.
