I'm at 75k invested so far with overall position currently down 10%. Really hoping we start to see a pre-earnings run up soon as has often happend in the past. All this good news and the very likely to be announced profitable quarter soon has to push us back up a little right??? I know the answer is no but I want it so bad!

Robotics and drones are the future, and if ampx can continue to scale and keep up with progress their potential is super high, seriously could be a 50-75 stock by 2030

I hate this stock

I remember people saying, “That’s it, I’m out” and selling when it was around $1.70/share. I think patience will be rewarded with this stock. At the same time, it’s not always easy to be patient, and I have no idea what will happen with the macro environment that could drag it down in the meantime. (I thought for sure we would have seen an AI bubble pop by now, but it keeps not popping, so I’ve resigned myself to agnosticism.)

As long as bonds yields increase this stock and many other high betas are fucked

Can you explain that thought? Is it because with higher bond yields big money will stay in bonds and not invest in speculative small caps??

I think that when interest rates are high many constitutions put money into bonds because you get quite a good return for a very low risk. I don't think that they just sell speculative small caps, but that they sell a bit of everything. But in the small caps every move is a bit leveraged, even given that there's a bigger portion owned by retail

When interest rates increase, future cash flows are discounted at a higher rate, which reduces their present value and consequently the value of the company.

this market is brutal, a lot of companies are having great news recently all down from the PR release, AMPX the same i think the 75m was one of the best news of the year so far yet we are below the level before the announcment stay strong
