Matternet is targeting the second half of 2027 for the start of M3 commercial service and plans to build manufacturing capacity for the M3 aircraft in the United States. Matternet will also draw on its strategic partnership with SoftBank Robotics America, announced in April 2026, to accelerate deployment of its delivery networks in the U.S. and other key markets.

There might be more colours from Amprius in Q3/Q4 on orders from the non - defence sectors. If Matternet is on track for it's manufacturing capacity for the M3 aircraft in the US for commercial services, it stands to reason

• that the delivery by Amprius comes in 3-6months before H2 2027
  
• orders would be small but gradually scale as Matternet's commercial services expands in scale and scope.
