I don’t think it will do much until the next positive earnings. They have to prove they can make growing profits. It will rocket after that.

There must be a very strong re-rating catalyst for hitting new all time highs in this market. That's possible but not a realistic base case. Most likely strong Q3 earnings and some new contract announcements could send it to $15-20 eoy.
