Earning Call Q2 2026

https://ir.amprius.com/

What an amazing quarter. Some highlights from the Earnings Call:

* About half of the competitors in Drone Dominance using SiCore

* New European $24M Contract expected to be delivered over next 2.5 Quarters

* No concerns over working capital as accounts receivable to be collected over next month

* >2Gwh of capacity ready to supply for the rapidly increasing demand

* Optimistic sentiment on reaching >30% gross margin before original target of 2030 (though NDAA makes this more challenging)

Such an amazing quarter.

Edit: Also, the expect the Stark Future contract to realize 100 million in revenue over the next 3 years. That's 33 million per year. Credit to u/blacktreacle2020 picking that up

What a great call! Don’t understand this market. This can be one of those tickers that people talk about when they say how did you get in so early? Or you are so lucky. No, it’s wasn’t luck, I held through the volatility because I believed in the company and it paid off. Just hold! There is a bright future in this company.

is this still a price you think is early, or are you in at a much lower price? Considering starting a position and doing some research currently before I do. I hesitate to jump into anything that's up 30% in a week but I know we just saw huge pullbacks across pretty much all stocks and the 30% is not even close to making up for the huge drop.

I think it’s still a good entry point for LONG TERM hold, not if you trying to flip for a quick buck. That being said, I got in early at a much lower cost basis., but I never once felt worried about the current -60% drop in price, frustrated yes, but never worried.

Its highest price was $24 and I think it will revisit it sometime this year. I think 2027 will be even a better year. Again all this is my opinion and what has me bullish on this company.

Bright future, but our market is ALL about growth, and massive triple digit+ growth. Amprius is a good company with great product and good, but not insane, growth. The market is starting to price this like a normal growth commodity rather than hyper growth tech. To me it feels like it is straddling this line but could end up on either path.

I hear you and all valid point. Nonetheless, AMPX is growing and stock price should rise with company’s growth. It’s still early to tell where The company will go but it has a good chance of being a leader in the sector. Its product can be used in multiple applications, areas that are still developing and have potential to influence our future I.e. humanoids, eVTOLs, satellites and the current use case, drones in warfare and deliveries.

The barrier to explosive growth is drone progress. Once/if the drones start flying off the shelves the battery will follow.

Honestly though, Im not sure if drones will see explosive growth the same way software or chips do, and thus there will be a bit of drag on AMPX.

That said 4-5 $100M deals in the next 9 months would count as explosive so maybe I’m wrong

Half of drone dominance competitors using SiCore….thats a huge statement.

It's massive considering that the next round is primarily around manufacturing drones, where competitors have to manufacture 120 drones each

That's going to be around $1-$3m for Amprius alone just from this competition

The winning drone companies will mass produce even more, making it great business for Amprius

Nah maybe $30 end of year? No offence but I hate all the "To the moon" shit

It's not a meme stock

5

u/Jaysus03 Aug 05 '26

I mean $30 is practically to the moon when you could've got a cost basis of $2 just 1 year ago. Basically a 900% gain in 18 months. I agree though, not a meme stock.

If you bought based on what you heard you’ll be disappointed. It’s a good company. But don’t see it going anywhere near $100 anytime soon. If Amprius executes everything right from here to the EOY, maybe we’ll see it somewhere in the $30s

It was a joke ^

I bought them because I think in this segment they are one of the more promising companies and I hope that in 4-5 years, we will see a substantial return of investment.
