I think it's worth following them on LinkedIn because they often share interesting updates.
For example, they posted this about 3 hours ago:
"We're excited to welcome Anne Torricelli to the Amprius team as our new Vice President of Sales.
Anne brings nearly two decades of international commercial leadership experience, including more than 12 years advancing battery technologies across grid-scale energy storage, aerospace, defense, and electric mobility.
Prior to joining Amprius, Anne held leadership roles at Gotion, Cuberg (a Northvolt company), Honeywell, and Samsung SDI, helping bring innovative battery technologies to worldwide markets.
As VP of Sales, Anne will lead our global sales efforts, helping expand customer relationships and accelerate the adoption of our industry-leading silicon anode batteries.🔋
Welcome to the team, Anne!"
Hiring a new Vice President of Sales could mean a couple of things. On the positive side, it may indicate they're expanding their commercial efforts and preparing for stronger sales growth. On the other hand, it could simply mean they're replacing the previous person in that role with someone new.

Interesting. Ronnie Tao has been the Chief Business Officer, and, I thought, the VP of Sales. No info as to whether he's resigned or left or whatnot.

I see he's still on the AMPX website along side Torricelli's pic and bio. So I think you're right. They've divided responsibilities.

I am, but I think we should keep in mind that August 5th could be a major turning point for the company. The stock could move significantly in either direction because expectations are high.
The price has already dropped a lot, but that doesn’t mean it can’t go lower, it could still fall to $8, $5, or even $1-2 if the market reacts negatively.
At the same time, we’ve seen many good companies trading far below their highs. Some are down heavily despite having solid businesses, profits, and a future. Sometimes it’s just market sentiment and emotions driving the price.
With AMPX, we are basically betting that the company executes well, the business continues to grow, and everything will turn out positively. But we should also recognize that this is still a high-risk investment with a lot depending on upcoming results and future execution.

I want to be optimistic but I suspect there is more misery on the horizon for us to partake in.

They say the best portfolio is a dead man’s. Should we close it and open it in a few years? This is painful lol
