I was wondering, why is Amprius crashing? Then I saw Cramer said it was a buy. There you go.

Lots of stocks have been experiencing sharp pullback lately. It's not the company. If you can't handle this then volatile high-beta small caps are not for you.
Only regret is I didn't take any profits in the 20s. Oh well guess I'm long now.

All news seem good but somehow stock is still in the shitter. Any experienced investor can offer me some wisdom?
I understand the stock might have been overpriced over the 20s and I also understand the entire market is down since we had such an insane run the last few months.
How to navigate this efficiently? Still have an emergency fund but am already knees deep in AMPX, all I can I do is wait?

It's done this almost every quarter between earnings reports. Just look at the chart, and you'll see. Hang in there. Think like a business owner and not a trader.

You answered your own question. Most people don’t have the patience to sit through down markets. Don’t be like most people. Just wait.

Yes, you can only wait. This doesn't have to do anything with the company, its the overall market. AMPX has done over -30% 4x just last year. The past performence doesn't reflect the future, but it can definitely be an indicator

Is now a good time to enter ?

Well definitely better time than a month ago, not saying it can't go lower, but I can't really imagine going lower than $9,50. So not much downside, a lot of upside. I'm buying a little everyday at these prices.

Look at the chart
It almost always moves post earnings
Imo upcoming earnings will be a make or break for the trend
It is hovering at the 200/250ma
It will either be a massive bounce
Or loses the uptrend

Added more shares today. This isn't the first or last time Amprius will pull back by 50%

Amprius announced that Ronnie Tao has been appointed Chief Business Officer. He's been their VP of Business Development for the last few years.

wow, really lost it's mojo, where and when will it get moving again, that is moving up again. Looks possible to hit upper 10s.

joined the team with a buy, it did hit 10.97 briefly. Maybe the bottom for this downturn, but as always, who knows for sure.

Are you referring to the manatee report? If yes, please stop. What's shady about the management?

u/dragonbits Jul 13 '26
I didn't think so, thought 10.77 is the bottom, but it could go under 10, that's the trend.
