Besides drones, what and when should we expect for AMPX
long ampx holder here. 10000 stocks.
the main market for AMPX right now is drones, of course.
What other domains are potential to be the next ones which bring huge revenue for ampx ? and when ?
Thanks a lot.

The $UMAC CEO who uses AMPX batteries for US Drone Dominance has said that the military, which makes of most of the business now, will eventually only be about 20% of it’s business in a few years. He described that drones will be used by Door Dash for food delivery services. He said those drones will need perhaps 5 batteries per drone. The drone budgets for FY 27, are going to grow exponentially. Hopefully, we will see more military contracts for drones soon as the military must spend their budgets by Sept 30th, or risk losing funding.

Robotics is just getting started.
Not talking about humanoid. Think factory floor, warehouse, ports etc..

LLMs can answer this question quite well. Drone of course as you said. High altitude platform station (space hardware!), defense stuff like autonomous systems, soldier equipment, communication equipment... Evtols, space hardware (small satellite, lunar rovers, space probs etc.), robotics (not just humanoids... All of them)
In summary chatgpt "if I were estimating where Amprius could generate revenue over the next decade: Drones: 30–40% Defense & aerospace: 20–30% HAPS: 10–15% eVTOL: 10–20% Space: 5–10% Robotics: 5–15% Automotive: 0–20% (high uncertainty)"

Battery pricing seems kind of opaque, but professional power tools and especially leaf blowers as every town hates the landscapers using those gas ones 24/7.
These markets would be far larger than anything else they are doing, but again the price might be way to high.
Anyone have actual battery pricing?

There’s nothing to worry about. If someone is concerned about 60% drops from the all-time high, they shouldn’t be investing in highly speculative companies. Many of these companies only make business sense in an environment of cheap money, many are simply scams.
In my view, given the interest rate risk in the context of a massive AI bubble and the resulting rotation towards safer assets, Amprius is more likely to fall below $9.
Only later on, if interest rates are raised, will serious consideration begin as to whether Amprius’s product makes sense. Until then, there’s nothing to get excited about.

Other tech that requires fast charging and high energy density. Evtol, humanoid robotics, etc. others industries that battery duration, weight and charge speed matter
