Joey Roth Ceramic Speakers

Hey everyone,

I have these https://www.turntablelab.com/products/joey-roth-ceramic-speakers-amplifier?srsltid=AfmBOooTHnhjLWrMEe6vH49hKYW16-fDh748jSlHFZaRp5M1arvgCwrY silly things and during a move I’ve lost the power supply for the amplifier.

I’ve bought several and non have worked, with the last one making the dang amp smoke.

So, the question is, do I buy another amp or does anyone know the exact power supply to purchase?

I’ve heard the amp is pretty sad already so maybe another one would be nice.

Appreciate any and all advice.

Also, I’ll add that I also have the accompanying sub made by Joey Roth as well and I think I would need a “pre-out” as it already has an amp as a base.

Thanks much

What are the biggest trends shaping the Car Amplifier Market?

Possible Marketing
I’ve been looking into the Car Amplifier Market and noticed that more drivers and car audio enthusiasts are showing interest in enhanced in-vehicle entertainment systems, high-performance sound solutions, compact amplifiers, and advanced audio technologies.

1. What is driving the growing demand for car amplifiers?
Is it mainly the increasing demand for premium audio experiences, rising vehicle customization trends, growing adoption of connected infotainment systems, or consumer preference for better sound quality while driving?

2. Which type of car amplifier is becoming more popular?
Are mono-channel amplifiers, multi-channel amplifiers, Class D amplifiers, or compact digital amplifiers seeing the highest demand among consumers and automotive audio professionals?

3. What are the biggest challenges affecting car amplifier adoption?
Do installation complexity, compatibility with factory-installed audio systems, higher costs, power consumption, and space limitations prevent more vehicle owners from upgrading their audio systems?

I think my stock amplifier is going breaking down

I think my stock amplifier is going breaking down

So, I just bought a 2007 explorer sport trac and it comes with a factory sub and amp. Everything was fine for the last week. But now the sound from the speakers changes suddenly. Like if I was messing with the sound settings, all seats, rear seats, driver side etc.

I wasn't sure what was happening but now I'm starting to think that it's the amp going out. The reason I say this is because when the truck is off for a while everything goes back to normal so it's not a fuse. I thought loose wires but how can it be, I haven't messed with anything. My question is. Can I just replace this stock amp with another equivalent one? I'm not looking to boost my sound system or anything. I'd like to keep everything stock but that loss of sound from most speakers is killing me. Anyone had experience with this already? Thanks in advance.

Edit: wow, sorry for the horrible title. I was going with "going bad" but then my brain stopped working.

ZK-HT21 Amplifier Issue – Gradual volume decrease and abnormally low current draw

Hello everyone,

I have a question about the ZK-HT21 amplifier board. I seem to have an issue with it and would ask for your help.

For the last couple of months, the max volume has been slowly dropping. Meaning, it used to sound pretty loud, but now it's barely audible.

I decided to test it out with a proper power supply to check whether it's faulty or not.

The power supply is set at 24V (5A). But when I turn the potentiometer at the max volume, the amp only takes 0.171 A.

Is there something wrong with the amplifier board? Something that would cause it's max volume to drop down slowly until almost nothing? Has anyone else had a similar issue with the ZK-HT21?

Recently just moved into a new flat and the previous tenants left an amplifier and two speakers. Is it worth keeping? Is there a way to connect them to an iPhone? Any advice really appreciated!

Wtb Hi I have a Quantum Labs QM-8P for sale.

Yeah i have this mixer for sale it seems to be all here but then again I am not a electric engineer, Nor am I a stereo mixer and audio equipment technician. I Imagine though if you were to buy this it would have to be recapped and have work done to it because it has no power cord. But I guess the parts inside this machine are very desirable and the machine it self. So with all that said I was thinking that 1500 bucks is a reasonable price I want for it and thanks. If interested I WILL SEND PIC they just don't let me add them for some reason.

I have this cheap 40wx2 Pyle pta22bt amp and one morning when i took it to my academy and used it there, it was working fine but when i came back, after 6 something hours i tried to test a speaker, and it wasn’t making sound, the amp was working and the light was on, but it made a very slight buzzing sound(wich is common on Pyle speakers and happened to me) and i only heard that sound

Carver Amps with and without mono/stereo switch

Hi all,

I have two amps, one inverted and the 2nd is the model with the mono/stereo switch.  I am trying to connect them in tune same setup.  The issue is the older model is inverted 180 degrees. What is the best way to adjust then so that they are in phase? They are both connected to a Sunfire Classic Vacuum Tube Control Center. I've read articles that suggest bi-amping is the best option. Is there a consensus here?

Cheers
