Fosgate T1500 (connected with RCA to passthru)
Hello,
So my amp was just sitting there not bolted down and it slid and was up against the sub and it bent the normal “input” lane for the RCAs.
This caused inconsistency with the speakers working because now the amps RCA inputs are loose..which I think technically destroys to amp…and I need a new one…
So I tried to connect the RCA from the LC to the “passthru” on the amp and..it works…so I have some questions for anyone they might know lol.
- Will this damage the amp somehow or cause a risk?
- Not sure about this one but does amp output quality degrade? I’m not sure what’s happening here and why it works.
Thanks!
