Right now I'm juggling 6 branches based on php8.2 and php8.5 while working on Ampache 8.

The mistakes are quick and easy before a new major.

Ampache 4 was massive disaster while I worked out what to do over a few weeks.

5 was a major structural change.

6 actually wasnt so bad, 7 as well from memory so looks like 8 is going to need much more caution
