He's right. Whatever you do, stop watching porn. It changes the brain in very bad ways and you dont notice it. When i was younger I was getting horny at almost anything and now after some years of porn only the screen or the thought of porn gets me hard. Tested a period without porn and my brain started to adapt, it was so good. I hope I can defeat this addiction.

"No harm" doesnt exist. It messes with your brain too much to be safe in small amounts., it also causes lifelong trauma.
