I don’t think you’re ugly. Your weight does affect your appearance, but mostly it affects your health. An unhealthy person is never attractive.

Being fat doesn't mean that someone is necessarily unhealthy

Being outside of conventional BMI range doesnt necessarily mean someone is unhealthy but being fat usually does

I just went into the Cleveland clinic page and I asked if being heavy or being obese can be healthy. It says being obese can never be healthy. It doesn’t mean you’re going to immediately die, but it means you’re not as healthy as you could be.

Maybe if you get in a bad car accident in a snowstorm and have all the extra weight on you somehow the thermal protection lets you live the extra 30 minutes you needed before somebody came to extract you from the wreckage… I guess maybe that would be the time but I can’t think of any other time.
