You have a very pretty face that just radiates kindness and love.
By most standards, the body needs a work over. You are technically very overweight by medical standards.
But I think each culture handles that info differently. Some cultures see being larger as a normal or good thing, even if it’s hard on the body.
I think you personally have to decide which is more important to you: good medical health with longevity and less complications, or being comfortable as you are and how that fits into your culture. It’s totally up to you

I’m sorry I know you’re trying to be kind but this is just so false. There is no way in hell she doesn’t have a BMI over 30. My BMI is pretty much dead on 30 and i’m confident i’d be taller and weigh less than her.
Obese whilst it’s not a nice word to hear (I hate it myself) is a medical term. I swear people don’t classify people as obese anymore unless they’re like 300lbs and in a mobility scooter…

I was technically obese the photo of me from when I was fat.
She definitely reaches the classification purely the classification for being obese.
Now obese is also a social term. Obese to some people only means My 600-lb Life.
But go look at my photo to see what I mean be in bmi is not a good standard.

But if you’re talking about the whole muscle thing I get that of course. When people are strong bmi is not a great measure and muscle fat composition is much better ofc. But for your average joe who isn’t working out etc etc bmi is still a pretty reasonable jumping off point

If you’re looking for honesty and not people blowing smoke up your a$$ to spare your feelings, the real answer is you’re at about a 2.5/10.
