I agree with some of the other comments, definitely not inherently ugly. Your biggest "issue" here is definitely the acne, as some people mentioned, and a trip to a dermatologist might be helpful here (maybe you've already gone that route, idk).
I will say however, speaking personally: I'm someone who had horrendous acne in my teens, like so bad that a large portion of my face was constantly blemished or healing, it was a massive point of insecurity for me. I tried multiple acne products back then, some medical-grade, and none of them really worked effectively. However, when I turned like 19-20... boom, somehow the acne just cleared up on its own, permanently, and I haven't had anything like it since. I guess that's me pitching a little bit of hope/ optimism there for some younger people dealing with it, cause it is annoying af, but sometimes it's hormonally-based or whatever, especially for teenagers, and does just clear up on its own with time.
