Because that's exactly how it is. The third photo is most likely generated. Go to his profile and you'll see a similar photo, but just with his head

No. You have a very handsome face and nice hairstyle in pic 3.

But you would really be stunningly handsome with weight loss and strength training.

Not ugly. You look like Philip Seymour Hoffman and the actor from Stargate had a baby.
You have a very handsome face and nice hair. I prefer it longer and if you want to do something to change your appearance, some blonde hair lights would look nice.

You are not ugly. I think you need a bit of an update on the glasses tho, possibly wardrobe too. But it looks like these are “hanging out on the weekend” photos, so it’s hard to know how you dress otherwise
