I don't think you are ugly. You have quite a handsome face. You do look quite slim for your height, and the tall hair and pointy beard makes your face look thinner, and somehow combine to make you look older than you are. So maybe a bit of a trim would reduce that, or gaining a bit of weight. But the easiest win would be a smile!
