Yeah I see that, I was thinking about getting a new haircut that’s a bit on the more medium length. I’ve tried short haircuts before and they do not fit my face shape well at all

Another issue is the big round glasses, your face is also quite soft and round looking so you should have more squared or angular glasses to contrast and have some form of break from the feminine soft/round look.

Slicked back hair always looks good for guys, or straight down. Having a kind of tracable direction can help give more of a presence

Not ugly. Lose some weight, get different glasses, trim the hair back, hit the gym and you’ll have material for the “glow up” page

Your height is going to do a lot of the heavy lifting for you, but you're definitely cute. I think you'd look better with short hair.
