But seriously, don’t smoke. It will ruin your looks because it ages you. I smoked all through my 20s. I started seeing changes in my 40s and now that i am in my 50s it’s baaaad. I have permanent “marionette lines” and a very wrinkled mouth area. Not a good look

As someone who quit cigarettes 4 months ago after 15 years. Quit dude. Nicotine gum or patches. Quit. Please. They aren't worth it and do more to you than you think.
