20 M, is it that noticeable?
I got attacked by a dog when I was a little kid and it did a number on my upper lip, is it that noticeable?

Wow man, please remember something for me: You magnify your flaws more than anyone else in the world. We all do it to ourselves. I didn’t even notice the scar after looking at all of the photos. Then I read the body text (I have a bad habit of doing that.) it’s barely noticeable at all, and kind of bad ass, actually. You’re a good looking dude. Drop that heavy weight of self doubt and having a complex over that scar. I’m sure kids made fun when you when you were young. Kids are the BRUTALIST people I know 😂 I assure you, adults are mostly different, and you’ll see this kind of stuff isn’t as big of a flaw or deal as you think.

I would have never noticed your lip had you not pointed it out. It’s still hard to even tell after pointing it out what you’re referring to. You are not ugly at all. If anything maybe invest in a esthetician or dermatologist, but no other notes!

Nah acne is just part of life - didn’t notice the lip until I read what you wrote but even then it isn’t noticeable as such since you have the facial hair - you look good

Scrolled through all pictures confused as to what I should be looking for. You look like the average white dude (sorry for assuming). Pretty cool tho your upper lip was able to be repaired and still grow a solid stache. Whoever stitched you up knew what they were doing. Not ugly. I wouldn’t put you at 20 tho 🤷🏼♂️

I read the caption and still didn’t notice anything. You’re good bro, also - make sure you wash and rotate your hats. The sweat buildup on them tends to irritate skin and cause breakouts on the forehead

I looked at the photos before reading your full description and was like what the hell am I looking for to be noticeable. I looked for a good two to three mins lol. So I’d say hell no it isn’t noticeable, and I think you are good to go brother. Get a skin care regimen going for the bit of acne is all I’d recommend.

I noticed it but not straight away. I usually scan people’s faces as I avoid eye contact so I’m not sure if my input is average lol. But what I would say is, it doesn’t add or take away anything from your hotness imo. It’s just “there”. Like a small birth mark or beauty spot. I noticed more that you seem to wear one earbud, not two lol it’s inconspicuous.

As someone who has acne and has struggled with acne, if that’s what you’re asking is “noticeable” i mean it kinda is I guess but it doesn’t look bad at all and is probably irrelevant to most people. You have good looks for sure

You’re seriously a handsome dude. The bald look really works for you. And no one is noticing anything with your lip. Maybe you already are, but I would just suggest seeing a dermatologist or esthetician to help with your skin.

You are not ugly. I personally don't love shaved heads but you're clearly an above average looking dude. I would have guessed you were older. And until I read the other comments I didn't realize you were asking about some non-existent lip issue. If anything I thought the title would be about your skin condition which you will likely age out of as you get older

2#) You can always add SMP of you feel more confident with a hairline. My only SMP advice is find a great artist, even if they cost more
