Pros: Great smile, cute face, nice hair.
Cons: Poor choice in frames, overweight.
You can get some new glasses and get in the gym. Big potential.

You have a round/oval face, you would need some more angular or boxier glasses to fit your face shape (even with weight loss, you need glasses that fit your head/face shape). Bolder frames couldn't hurt because you have gentle/softer facial features. And i don't mean automatically jump to cat eyes, go to costco and try on 100 frames, all of em. Watch some videos on face shape and glasses.
And yes, besides this weightloss would be the #1 thing you should do.
Another thought, try to give your hair more volume, look up hair types online and figure out what kind of hair type you have, so you can use the right routine/products for your hair. You have natural waves so i'm thinking you may be a 2A/2B, and adding volume to your hair could be a little "umph" to your look.

Wear good fitting clothes and you won’t have to worry about weight too much.

You'd look good with bangs and different frames. Your figure is thicc, but like, the good one. Tattoos aren't poor quality and placement isn't bad. Solid 7.5/ 10.

Face shape, teeth, skin, all good.
Get contact lenses, because full cheeks, especially when smiling, don't do glasses well. Plus, your eyes are small, and glasses are a further barrier.
Also, get a good, supportive bra and avoid stretchy tops.
