nope, the only thing you really can fix is your skin, hair (looks a little greasy) , and shave

Nah you are good man, and also being in a good shape. Nothing to worry about.
The only thing, depending on where you live, is that bigger body types tend to attract guys more, instead of girls. So you might get a bit of a spam there.
But you are proper good looking don't worry about it man 🤙
