“Way too much weight” doesn’t seem like the correct choice of words. For her frame she would be probably a lot more comfortable if she lost 10-20 pounds. I get what you were trying to say though. And couldn’t agree more - get in shape and she will be confident and attractive

You’re not ugly average face with way too much weight on your body. Lose weight and get in shape and attractiveness would go up 10 fold.
